We have always tried to be good customers as you have always looked after us. Having a property so far away means you have to put a lot of trust in whoever is looking after it for you. We have read lots of horror stories from other owners about the problems they have had with their respective MC's but we can honestly say we have never had cause to worry about the integrity of your dealings with us and on our behalf. It's just so sad that we have felt the need to sell. We both want to thank you for all your help, advice and assistance over the years and your friendship. We wish you all the best for your futures. Absolutely beautiful home. Very spacious and loads of dishes. Didn't have to run the dishwasher until it was actually "full"! Never ran short of towels. Pool was great. And best of all Shawn hired the "Best" property managers. Patrick and Celine couldn't have been more helpful.

We have stayed at 142Pine five times & are heading there in July 2019 again. I would go once every year if I could.
The villa is very nicely presented, spacious , well equipped & we love to relax at the pool area . It is close to all the parks, grocery stores, restaurants & the shopping Malls.
We recommended this villa to a few friends who have also been more than once as they thoroughly enjoyed it too. As a family we still have so much to discover & do in Florida.
We have also had American family stay there with us & they were very impressed.
I can highly recommend this property.

We love this villa so much we have been five times since 2009, most recently EASTER 2017. I'd go once s year if I could . The house is great & this year we had American family with us for a week & they were very impressed . We love the spacious interior, the surroundings & the pool area. This is my second time renting from American Homes Rental and i absolutely love their homes! They're always clean and very nicely decorated. They also come with many different essentials that make your stay so convenient it's as if you're in your own home. Will rent from them again!

We as as a group of seven here for one week in August. The property is well maintained and spacious. It has two double rooms both with ensuite shower rooms and a further two twin bedrooms with a bathroom in between. The games room is very good and well laid out. The pool was really nice and just what we needed after a long day walking around the parks. The location is easy to find and within easy driving distance of all the main attractions. There is a wide selection of shops and restaurants just down the road as well. I would really recommend this house to people wanting to stay in the area. |

7902 Canary Palm Court, Rolling Hills.
We are a family of five ( 2 adults, 3 kids ) and we stayed at this brilliant villa in August 2015. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. It was in a very nice community and was in a very peaceful area. It had everything that we needed to make our holiday fantastic.
The games room was great although the kids spent more time in the lovely pool. The pool backed onto neighbouring villas but they were very quiet and most days we didn’t see anyone. The villa is superbly located and has a supermarket and restaurants located five minutes away at Formosa Gardens. A five minute drive also took you to the US 192 which has hundreds of shops and restaurants. Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans, Bahama Breeze etc. There were also takeaway outlets 5 minutes away including Pizza Hut, Dominos, Chinese and Mc Donald’s. The villa is very close to the Disney Parks, approx. 10 minutes in good traffic and Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are about 30 minutes’ drive away up the i4. Kennedy Space Centre is about 90 minutes away. All in all good value for money and it’s great having Celine on the end of the phone if you have any problems. I would recommend American Homes Rental.

We recently stayed at 142 Pinecone Drive during July 2015 and have the following comments to make:-
It is a beautifully kept house, very spacious and most comfortable, set within a quiet and peaceful residential setting.
It is in a great location for accessing the main attractions which are within 30mins and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within a 15 minute drive.
The home also has a private pool facility with sun loungers and a table and chairs for use and benefits an area of shade within the patio area.
We had the most fabulous holiday, in a fabulous house and would highly recommend to anyone

Thank you so much for renting us one of your beautiful vacation homes. We had anything and everything needed waiting for us upon our arrival. This was a very pleasant experience. We loved all those amazing places to visit and then coming back to this relaxing house. Going in the pool is best in the afternoon although my kids started off early in the morning. This house was beautifully designed & decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. In this house there was everything we needed for our stay. We love this place so much that we are thinking of purchasing a second home there. It's simply amazing. We were totally relaxed and enjoyed every bit of it. It was so nice to have a house to come home to at the end of a long day of sightseeing and adventure.
We will definitely return!
